1. What are the premises mainly used for?

These are the uses in Schedule 1 to the Act. If nothing fits, the Act does not apply.

2. How many people are reasonably expected at the same time, at your busiest?

Not an average. The busiest occasion that happens from time to time — a match day, a carol service, a Saturday night.

3. Does that number include the staff working there?

It has to. The Act counts every individual present, not just the public.
